01 Who we are

NurTech AI Solutions ("NurTech", "we", "us") is a software and AI studio based in Northern Virginia, USA. This page explains what information we collect when you visit nurtech.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We have written this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

02 What you send us

The only place on this site where you actively give us personal information is the enquiry form on our Contact page. When you submit it, we receive:

  • Your name and email address — so that we can reply to you.
  • Your company name — optional, and only if you choose to enter it.
  • Your project description — the problem you are trying to solve, in your own words.
  • Services, timeline and budget range — optional selections that help us understand the scope before we reply.

Please do not send confidential material, credentials, or anyone else's personal data through this form. It is a first-contact channel, not a secure document transfer.

03 What is collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site is used. It is off by default: the script is not loaded until you accept it in the privacy notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply close the notice, no analytics is loaded at all.

If you do accept, Google Analytics collects:

  • Pages viewed — which ones, and how long you spend on them.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address, along with device and browser type.
  • How you arrived — search engine, direct link, social media, or a campaign link.
  • Basic interactions — scrolling, link clicks and form submissions.

This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping and which are not. We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, or any profiling tool, and we do not use analytics data for ad targeting.

Whatever you choose, some data is generated automatically, simply because the site is hosted and served over the internet:

  • Hosting logs — our hosting provider, GoDaddy, records standard server requests: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
  • Hosting-platform cookies — GoDaddy places two cookies of its own, _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit, holding a randomly generated identifier used for its own visit counting. See section 06.
  • Font and image requests — the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and some illustrative photography from Unsplash. Loading those files reveals your IP address and browser type to those providers, the same way visiting any page that uses them would.

04 How we use this information

  • To read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on a project request.
  • To keep basic business records of the work we have been asked to quote on.
  • To keep the site online, secure and functioning correctly.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not use it for ad targeting, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form. If we ever want to send you something other than a direct reply, we will ask you first.

05 Third-party services

We share information only with the service providers that make this site work, each under its own privacy terms:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics, loaded only with your consent.
  • Formspree — receives your enquiry form submission and delivers it to us by email.
  • GoDaddy — domain registration and web hosting, including the server logs and platform cookies described above.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used across the site.
  • Unsplash — serves some of the photography used on the site.

We do not pass your enquiry to anyone beyond this list.

06 Cookies and your choice

The privacy notice on your first visit is a real choice, not a formality. Accept loads Google Analytics, which then sets its own cookies to tell one visit from another. Decline means the script is never fetched and those cookies are never created. We set no advertising cookies either way.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser — the notice will appear again on your next visit. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Separately from all of this, _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit are placed by GoDaddy, our hosting platform, at the server level. They hold a randomly generated identifier used for GoDaddy's own visit counting. They are set regardless of your choice in our notice, and we cannot switch them off from our side. To block them, use your browser's cookie settings for this domain.

07 International data transfer

This website is hosted in the United States, and the providers listed in section 05 also process data on servers in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Türkiye, or anywhere else outside the US, the information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States.

We rely on those providers' own compliance safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, for that transfer.

08 Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law — including the GDPR in the EU and UK, and the LGPD in Brazil — gives you the right to:

  • Confirm whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Know which third parties we have shared it with.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything processed before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email info@nurtech.ai. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

09 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records — and no longer. If a conversation does not turn into a project, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.

Hosting logs are retained according to GoDaddy's standard retention periods, which are outside our control.

10 Changes to this policy

If we add a service that changes what we collect — analytics, for example, or a newsletter — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top before that service goes live.
